In 22-23 March, laboratory members, led by Professor Dong Changyin, have attended "China Oil and Gas Development Technology Annual Conference". The conference is jointly held by Chinese Petroleum Society, PetroChina Co., China Petroluem & Chemical Co., China National Offshore Oil Co., etc. In Conference, Professor Dong has presented a report Dynamic Evolution of Sand Fluid Production Profile in Horizontal Wells of Heterogeneous Sandstone Reservoirs and its Production Technology Optimization. Furthermore, Sandcontrol Office was introduced in technology exhibition of the conference. This time, 130 reports were presented in conference, total attendance reached more than 1000 people, 300 thousands viewers watched the live on internet.
After conference, laboratory member Zhou Bo, Song Yajun and Zhan Xinjie went to China University of Petroleum (Beijing) to visit the rock mechanics laboratory.
